Ugg is a generic term for the style of Australian sheepskin boot. Because of the ugly but comfortable design of the boots when it was first made, it is called an ugg boot. It is a sheepskin boot with the wool as the inside lining and the leather as the outside.

We do not have access to your credit card details, the Dialect Solutions secure payment system debits your credit card at the time of your order and sends us an approval of payment and our system generates an order that we then process. Your order will be processed within 24 hrs upon confirmation of payment. We use AirMail service via Australian Post. It will take approximately 1-2 days within Australia and 5-7 working days for international shipment from the time you order was dispatched. Extra costs will apply for express deliveries.

The shipping cost for your order is automatically calculated when you add a product to your Shopping Cart. You will be given the option of normal or Express delivery which will vary costs. Shipping costs are calculated by delivery location, total weight of the products ordered and your chosen shipping method.

The Australian Dollar is the main currency used on our website. A currency converter can be found on this website as a reference. All orders will be processed in Australian Dollars but will be converted into your local currency by your banking institution.

Please refer to the Size Chart on this website. We strongly recommend that you measure your bare foot from toe to heel first. Sheepskin will expand after a few wears so please do not worry if your brand new ugg boots are tight at first.

Spray Scotchguard before wear to prevent moisture and dust. Wash with recommended shampoo and conditioner and only dry in the shade (never in direct sunlight). Because the upper is made from delicate suede, they can not be worn in heavy rain or snow for long periods of time.

Our sheepskin boots are not as waterproof as gumboots. Please do not wear them in heavy rain or snow for very long. Using a waterproof spray such as Sheepskin Water & Oil Repellent can help protect the boots from the harsh elements. The first time this coating is applied should ideally be when the footwear is new.

Hand wash only, do not machine wash. Moisten entire surface of sheepskin footwear with clean, cold water. Apply a small amount of Cleaner & Conditioner to a clean, wet sponge. DO NOT apply Cleaner & Conditioner directly onto the footwear. Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with undiluted concentration. Rinse in clean, cold water. Do not soak boot. Allow to dry naturally and slowly DO NOT dry in direct heat of sunlight.
