If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can exchange it or refund it within 30 days of the purchase or shipment date. The products must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was bought.

Shipping and handling costs can not be refunded unless the product is faulty or not to what you ordered. If the product is faulty or not to what you ordered, we will replace it or repair at no additional cost.

Please contact us to acquire a return authorization. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to returned and exchanged products.

Please remember that our products are made of genuine lambskins. We do not regard small marks on them as manufacturing faults and these will not affect the product's performance.
